The Unity facilitation team maintains a vibrant Unity User Community on Slack. This community is the best place to get (non-critical) cluster announcements and chat with the Unity team and fellow Unity users. Come chat with a Unity facilitator at our weekly live office hours on Zoom! Office hours are held every Tuesday from 2:30 pm to 4 pm Eastern time. Office hours are not held on UMass Amherst campus closure days or holidays. Join us on Tuesdays at this link.

For inquiries about purchasing, software installation, questions with private research information, or if you prefer getting help via email, submit a ticket by emailing hpc@umass.edu. For a faster resolution, follow these guidelines on how to ask for help.

If you would like software installed to Unity, you can request it by completing our Software Request Form. To do so, log into the Unity portal and select “Software Install Request Form” from the side-menu.
